[P] Discuss Whistler Radar Detectors




Doesn't look any different from other whistler units.


Look at the long range tests page. It matches them in over the hill and short range, beats them in the long range Ka tests.


Reading those test results makes everything look the same. I don't see anything to indicate it beat any other unit.

Interesting...I wonder what the XRI stands for and if it gives a hint at possible new features/range?

I hope the new version takes care of the x and k band confusion, while minimizing the occasional Ka falses.
